MOUNT CHAMPAGNE RESORT RULES

Dear Guest,

The management at Mount Champagne welcomes you warmly. We are committed to making your stay comfortable and memorable.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully :-

  1. OCCUPANCY

The maximum occupancy of the chalet is 8 guests.

No camping, caravaning or squatting is permitted on the chalet site.

  1. NOISE

As this is a quiet family resort, the guests shall not cause or permit any disorderly conduct or act in any manner whilst occupying the property which shall constitute a nuisance or inconvenience to the staff or to any other guests occupying the resort.

This would include playing loud music both inside and outside the chalet. Hence, no playing of the sound system in vehicles parked at the chalet, as such activity would constitute a noise disturbance.

No loud partying both inside and outside the chalet, or at the pool/braai area.  In the interest of consideration for other resort occupants, no party shall extend beyond 10pm.

  1. No pets are allowed under any circumstances.
  2. The resort facilities are available for use by all the guests of the resort.
  3. The chalet is fully serviced with a maid coming in on a daily basis to wash dishes, make beds, clean bathrooms, sweep floors, etc.
  4. The guests will be held liable for any damages or losses in the chalet.
  5. The Proprietor, his agent or its employees shall not be held responsible for personal injury, death or loss/theft/damage to property that may occur during the guests stay on or about the Proprietor’s premises. The guest hereby waives and abandon/s any claims of whatsoever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, death, loss or damage of whatsoever nature against the Proprietor, whether arising from the Proprietor’s default, negligence or otherwise.
  6. The guest/s agrees to waive all rights to compensation, in respect to injury to persons or loss or damage to property which may occur whilst on or about the premises, and agree to indemnify the Resort in respect of all claims for personal injury or loss of/or damage to property which may occur during their stay at the Resort.
  7. On departure, please leave the keys at reception.
